DD's top gum(from the nobbly bit in the middle to across where the tooth would be(IYKWIM) looks ulcerated or infected almost, it staretd on Friday and wasnt too bad but I called the nurse and she said it sounded like teething and if I was really concerned to bring her in, so I thought Id see how it went over the weekend. Today it looks worse but I can now see the tooth peeking through.

Has anyone else had this before?? and what did you do? Ive just been putting bonjela on it and giving her pamol as I dont know what else can be done :(

Its not bothering her unless she bites onto something hard, then she gets really upset.

Hi Sheza, Amy had something similar I think - I decided a tooth was coming through and when I looked she has these white/grey looking sores on her gums - turned out the teeth must have popped through and then gone back up, leaving little holes - which is what I was seeing. Anyway, her teeth came through properly a few days later
