is there anything you can do or be prescribed to stop milk flow/production? i don't plan on BFing this baby due to personal reasons, and am just wondering if theres anything you can be prescribed... i know theres milk stop, does that work?? thanks
Someone recommended cabbage leaves to me to help with engorgement, but when I told my mw, she told me to not use it as it would diminish my milk (I was BF).
Yep they will give you the pill, I had it with #2. Still got leaking for a few weeks as I have a great supply (just can't feed) so had to wear padded, underwire and tight bras 24/7, and keep my hormones in check (hard to do). Sometimes that meant getting DH to feed the baby if she was crying way too much, as that always set off the milk.
