nursing chairs

i got mine off TM in really good nick...it was from babycity i think its the one with the foot stool that rocks........anyway i want to know if anyone has had these recovered? we have used it ALOT for very sick kids and now the arms a peeling away......its that soft leather looking chair and the black stuff peels off real easy.....my father reakons that it would cost too much but i need to do something cause the black stuff is coming off on my baby and i dont want her eating it.
