Ashley will be 5 months this week. A teeny point of one of her bottom eye teeth is poking through and there is a big lump where the eye tooth cuts on the other side of her mouth. She has no other teeth. Is it even possible for her to get these bottom eye teeth before any incisors?

Certainly possible! (Anything's possible with babies and teeth as far as I can tell!) I think Flissty's Daniel got his "fangs" before incisors or at least they were much earlier than the rest of our month's babies.

Absolutely possible :)

It might also be that they are just moving about quite a bit and could settle, then let the incisors come first after all.

Anything is possible. According to all the "literature" eye teeth are usually the 7th and 8th teeth to come through. However Corban got his two bottom teeth just before 5mths and has just in the last week cut his top left eye tooth (and what sheer hell it was for all involved! )

Looks bizarre with the two bottom two and just one fang!

mack had this happen to him but it went back down again and the bottom 2 middle came instead. lol
