So I've given the girls apple juice a few times (always watered down) and they love it. We drink V8 tropical fruit/vege juice and I was wondering if it's o.k. to give to H & E? (silly question I know) Everyone seems to water down juice for kids and I understand why but do I need to water down V8 juice. It's so packed full of good stuff it seems silly to water it down.

we bought some for the boys the other day, and DP will try it tomorrow, so will let you know if they like it, cause they LOVE flavoured milk (only a lil bit in their cup)

I dont water down Cadens juice when he has it lol, he has it very rarely though. I wouldnt water down the V8 stuff, like you say its packed full of goodness, would seem silly to water it down.
