The whole baby belly thing also depends on how fit you were before you got pregnant and how you exercised and ate during pregnancy. I was back in my 10s within 3 days and my baby belly was gone within 3 weeks. I wasn't exercising or anything I was just super-fit before I got pregnant, didn't put on any excess weight while I was pregnant and ate really healthy (only coz all I wanted was balanced meals lol otherwise it might've been a different story) afterwards.
