I know some oils aren't particularly good for pregnancy but have discovered the nuetrogena body oil (??) and love it but it has sesame seed oil - is this okay to use on my tummy???

That is fine - it is applying aromatherapy oils that you need to be careful with (eg Lavender etc) not the carrier oils.

You will find that most things will have warnings on them if they are not suitable during pregnancy.
