I'm looking for some ideas on good meals to prepare and freeze before baby arrives so we've got a freezer full of stuff and I don't have to worry about cooking each night.
Also, how long do frozen meals generally keep for?
Macaroni Cheese
Lasagne
Shepherds Pie
Quiche
Casseroles
Mince ready to be reheated for Spag Bog
Pizza
Soups
You can buy tinfoil containers at the supermarket and freeze the meals in that - then straight into the oven once defrosted - saves on dishes as well. I think 3 months is OK for most stuff?
