Ive started taking a combo tablet of the above and have been feeling very lethargic during the day. I talked to the health food shop and they said that i should be taking this at night as the magnesium is a muscle relaxant. So thought i would share this info to anyone else out there about to take this also, so make sure you take with your evening meal

Well, I can say that it has definitely helped with my insomnia!  I have been taking it an hour before bedtime and am suprised how well it works, no more eyes wide open in the dark lol.
