I made these jelly 'snails' for pudding for my little brothers and sisters - they loved them. They were pretty easy too and looked kinda cute.

Recipe
1 pkg. (4-serving size) jelly, any flavor
1/2 cup warm water
1-3/4 cups marshmallows
24 pieces red string licorice
chocolate pudding, for serving
1. Mix jelly and water in medium microwavable bowl. Microwave on high 1-1/2 min.; stir until jelly is completely dissolved.
2. Set aside 12 of the marshmallows.
3. Add remaining marshmallows to jelly; stir until well blended. Microwave on high 1 min. or until marshmallows are partially melted. Stir with wire whisk until marshmallows are completely melted. Pour into 9-in. square pan sprayed with cooking spray.
4. Refrigerate 45 min. or until set.
5. Run sharp knife around edges of pan to loosen jelly layer from pan. Starting at one short end, roll up jelly tightly. Cut into 12 (3/4-inch-thick) strips. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to decorate.
6. Unroll each about 1 inch. Stand 1 of the reserved marshmallows on unrolled portion of each spiral for the "snail's body". Insert 2 pieces of licorice into each marshmallow for "antennae,".
7. Serve on top of a bowl of chocolate pudding

Cool! I'm going to make those some day and put them onto chocolate wheatens or similar... for birthday party specials!
