Soak over night
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup of warm water
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
1 cup of coconut
Add
1 cup of crushed nuts always sliced almonds + what ever is on special
1 cup of seeds always sunflower + whatever is on special
1 teaspoon of linseeds
Then melt
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
1 large tablesoon of honey
and pour it over the mix in
in my largest roasting dish.
Fan bake it on 160 and stir it around every 10 minutes. Bake until you get the texture you like chewy or crunchie. throw in 1/2 cup of dried fruit.
