Topic: Low FSH blood test levels Posted: 11 August 2008 at 8:51pm |
Im doing the microdose flare course and started busceralin on Wednesday, 5 units, and started Puragon on Friday, 225 units. I had a blood test this morning and the nurses rang to say my levels were low, only 94 and should have been up in the hundreds. They told me to increase my puragon dosage up to 300 for three days then another blood test.
Has anybody else had this happen to them, is this normal?
This is my second cycle, my last cycle we had to pull the pin half way through because I wasnt responding to drugs like they thought I would. My follicles wernt big enuf for collection. My levels were low last time and Im scared its going to happen again.

I feel really dumb asking this question, but as I am new to this, im not really up with the lingo, what does TTC stand for and any other abbreviations.

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

TTC - trying to conceive
TWW - 2 week wait (the two weeks between ovulation and AF)
AF - Aunt Flo (your period)
DF/DH/DS/DD - dear (dickhead, darling etc) fiance, husband, son and daughter
OB - OhBaby!
BFP/BFN - big fat positive/big fat negative (preg test)
I hope this helps, and good luck!

Thank you so much minik8e, that makes sooo much more sense, i managed to figure out the TTC one for myself, but as for the others, nup.
I had my second blood test this morning, so fingers crossed that it was better than the beginning of the week. Hopefully egg collection next week will go ahead!!
