Hi ladies,

Any words on if we're allowed Berocca in the early stages? Can't see and Vit A listed. Always best to check i guess.

Vitamin A is essential for your babys growth, and post partum tissue repair for yourself.
770mcg per day is reccommended.
Anything more than 3000mcg of preformed (like what's in berocca) Vit. A per day is considered excessive and can cause defects.

So check how much is in berocca, but you should be fine.
I took Healtheries Boost while pregnant. I didn't even think to check if it was "safe" or not until my mw mentioned something about it at my 36 week check-up.
But it was fine

***eta: I just realised it doesn't actually HAVE Vit A. So I re-read your post and I totally misread it.
Makes my post sound ranty rather than reassuring Ignore me
