I am going to plunket today at 1pm, so will get her to check Lauren out then, but so far today she has been crying constantly, like big sobbing tears, dribbling like crazy, her nose is running like mad and she has bad nappy rash since yesterday. Are these signs of teething? She doesn't have any visable white bits, but her gums look like they have changed shape overnight.

She is soooo grizzly its driving me crazy!! I pick her up she cries, I put her down she cries I just don't know what to do with her today!!!!!

Maybe go for a drive all day long

absolutely give her pamol! It sounds like it could be teething but then again we dont have teeth yet so I cant be sure but that is what I am expecting.

Remember Pamol is your friend.

Also maybe let her bite down on a flannel or soemthing

Yep sounds like teething. We pop a soft piece of cloth that is damp in the freezer and give it to Daniel to chew on.

Thanks for the tips, I gave her some ice in her mesh bag feeder thingy and she sucks that like crazy!

O.k will give her some pamol, I am just not one to like to take or give medicine. I don't even take a panadol myself when I have a headache, I go to bed and sleep it off, not like I can make her do that though!

She's not eating either, she takes a few mouthfuls off me and then screams and her last feed was at 8:15 this morning.

Yeah not eating can be a sign too. If you have bongela or something like that then you can put that on and then feed.
Their gums flatten out before the teeth can come through that might be the change that you have noticed.
Have you checked to see if she has a temp though? Just with the runny nose as well it could be a cold.
Teething sucks!!!!

Sounds like all the signs Jack has with teething. As the others have said, bonjela, pamol, 'freezing' cloth are all helpful.

I'm not one to use much pamol/panadol either. It does sound like teething. If the pamol is what you need to take the edge off, then go for it - it won't do any harm. It also helps to rule things out too. Kryssi was exceptionally grizzly today and we tried pamol as one way of ruling things out.
