 Topic: Uh oh, I have a craving

And it's not the summer fruit that I've been craving so far. Nope, nothing so healthy, now I am fiercely craving Best Foods mayonnaise. And with 80% fat it's not helpful in my attempt not to put on too much weight with this pregnancy.
But I can't help it. I dream about it. I obssess over it. I have it on my sandwiches and on salad, and even on my potatos tonight at dinner 
I had a few cravings with Maya and the gremlins, but never this intense!

They have a lite version and it tastes the same.
Ooo Emma I was like that over apples when pg with Alize, I would even take apples to bed and eat them in the middle of the night Lucky they are healthy.
Goodluck battling that craving!!!

i didn't have any strong cravings with charli.........but with jack, all i wanted to eat was vegemite!! so much so that my grandad made a comment about how bubs would come out with a 'mite' tan

Yup. When I was preg with the gremlins I read a Weekend Herald investigation into the safety of foods we store in our fridges and the experts they spoke to agreed that out of an entire fridge of food the mayonnaise was the safest as it has so many preservatives etc. in it.
Fresh mayo is different tho, not safe as it has raw egg in it. Same as fresh hollandaise sauce.

I craved cream donuts when preggas with James good thing I was working in a bakery got to eat them freshly made they were yummo but I did actualley pig out on a lot of the bakery food while I was pregnant as I have just discovered as I've been helping them out for the last couple of weeks as there short staffed and am actually was got amazed at how crap I was eating then lol

Mmmmmm mayo!!! I crave that aswell! I cover cold potato's in it! I cover my salad in it and i put it on my sammies! Dont worry your not alone
I also really crave pickled onions and cheese!! Mmmmmm if I could Id probably put mayo on that too! lol!!!

Overall I'm doing pretty well, I'm eating heaps of fresh fruit coz I find it helps the nausea/dehydration, plus big salads with dinner and keeping my carb intake under control but this damn mayonnaise is making me crazy! So much so that I only had one sausage instead of the usual two for dinner to try and balance out the fat a bit

I had donut cravings with Andrew I was eating 4 a day. That was gross now I look back on it but at the time I needed to eat them.

I have a HUGE craving for meat, any meat esp salami and cold cuts and no, I'm not supposed to eat those! And DH says I have no willpower either

Teeheeheeheeheeheehee! My body does NOT need any more fat, trust me! It's cursing me for getting pregnant before I'd lost the weight I put on with the gremlins which means I can afford to put on a max of 5kg with this pregnancy
