I'm 16 weeks pregnant with no 2 and I've got SPD again. With no 1 I never got it until late in the pregnancy but this time around it's started alot earlier.Today I feel like I can barely walk.
My midwife suggested seeing an osteopath.I did have a few sessions with one in my last pregnancy but as bubs came early never really got to see if it worked or not.
So ,has anyone who has or had SPD had any luck with an osteopath?Or some other treatment perhaps.
I saw an osteopath, physiotherapist and acupuncturist through the later stages of my second pregnancy, which did provide some relief - although in the end I still had to use crutches to get around.

I didn't see an osteopath during my pregnancy. But a couple of months after birth, it turned out my SPD hadn't disappeared and was giving me still quite a bit of pain. I saw an osteopath then and it's helped me enormously!
Good luck.
That's pretty tough it started so early this time. I hope the osteo helps.
I haven't been officially diagnosed with it but I've been getting a lot of similar symptoms which has been relieved by aqua-walking and chiropractic treatment.
