Please tell me its normal to suddenly start producing colostrum months after finishing feeding?!?

I finished feeding Maddi in November and it really didn't take long for my breasts to completely dry up... there was not a lot there!
Just the other day I began to notice my nipple feeling kinda sticky and that I am leaking a small amount of colostrum... Please tell me there are other reasons for this!!!!

I am possibly due for AF, I honestly can never ever remember, I am sure I wrote it down somewhere but now I can't remember where.....
