Topic: The funny little things... Posted: 05 January 2010 at 8:10am |
your baby did this morning to make you smile.
Jake refused to finish his breakfast this morning as he had done a poo.
Given the amount of whinging and obvious discomfort I was imaging something horrific.
Imagine my surprise when I was greeted with nothing bigger than peach pit!
LOL, funny little thing. (I suppose I wouldnt much want food if I was sitting on a poo).
What funny little thing has your baby done today that has made you smile?

Rhys always makes me smile every morning, but he has just started to wink at us and he does it with both eyes. He did this this morning while eating breakfast, with a big smile on his face, and vegemite smeared everywhere. So gorgeous!!

Jae was having a little tummy time earlier this morning, and playing with one of her soft rattle toys... then she just put her head down and smushed her face into the toy... then looked up at laughed cos I'd cracked up at her!

When asked if Thomas will give mummy a hug, he replies with 'no'. When asked why not, he replies with 'mean'.
This morning he was running around singing 'mean mean mean mean mean' and then ran over and gave me a big kiss LOL.

Got to love those raspberries. DS will often do them with a mouthful of food.
His latest thing is to touch noses with us. He kept doing it while having morning cuddles with me this morning.
And yestereday he was following the vacuum around making vacuum noises.

haha these are cracking me up!
Hannah's a real mimick at the moment.
When I went in to get her up yesterday morning she immediately says "Hi Mummy. Good sleep? Clean nappy!"
Then she ate all her breakfast and said "All gone! Done well, good girl!"
Is it too early for her to be mocking her mother?

aww Charly thats so cute!!!!
When I get Caden out of bed in the morning he gives me a big cuddle and pats me on the back, every single time.
If he hurts him self and gets really upset and comes to me for a cuddle, he will pat me as if to say "its ok mummy" even though he is the one thats upset!
He has also just started clapping his hands to music in the car, If i turn a good song up loud, he will start clapping to the music.
And if a song with a good beat comes on the TV, he dances, which consists of him jumping up and down spinning around clapping and head banging lol, its a crack up!

Haha, Jody does the back-patting cuddle too! Funny!
This morning's giggle;
Jody likes to sneak up and tickle my feet, but she squeals just before she does it, because I squeal when she gets me.
This morning she squealed real loud and tickled my jandles (which I was not wearing).

DH decided to teach Hollie the facepalm during the worship music bit at church, with the 'awwww no' vocal.
Hollies reply, "awww no', and her hands go over her ears.
I know church music can be bad, but it's not that bad!
When we through back our heads and laugh, she throws back her head and laughs. And when the dog gets on the table, she points and really grunts/yells loudly at him. I need to start talking nicely to my dog.
