What yoghurt do you give your baby. I got some baby yoghurt the other day but it was very expensive so wondered when it was ok to give the standard yoghurts (non diet of course).

I have given both of mine yoghurts, Amy loves them!!

I guess as long as they are ok with dairy they should be fine!

We alternate between the baby yoghurts(the My First stuff) and dairy food ones, and he sometimes has the normal fresh n fruity. But he really loves the My First yoghurts, even tho they are a bit pricey, I dont mind getting them for him, I just miss out on my biscuits that week lol

I have been buying the baby ones (yoplait and f & f) and the kids ones (Meadow Fresh) only because I noticed that the normal ones seemed to have lots of additives sugars, flavourings, colourings etc.

Try paying $7:30 for 4 Soy Yoghurts Thankfully that's just for Eimear.

We get the yellow kids ones. Can't remember the exact name but just like her Daddy, Aoife doesn't like yoghurt with bits so I have to buy enough for both of them

I got the Meadow Fresh kids ones when we were in NZ a couple of times but mostly C just ate regular Fresh n Fruity (yum!!).

Try paying $16 for 6 kids yoghurts    What a rip off !! Needless to say C just gets regular "adult" yoghurt here (plain greek yoghurt or fruit ones).

I gave normal fruit yoghurt to Brooke at around 9 mths.  She doesn't like it much cos it's colder than her normal daily food, but she will have a bit.  We don't have any of the intolerances here, so I wasn't too worried about a reaction.

I get the fresh and fruity ones (6 pack) bubs is almost 13 months going to swap. You can also get little custard ones too in 6 packs - three flavours chocolate, vanilla and banana - go down a treat, especially since my little one won't have milk.

yeah those baby ones are a rip off, reckon they charge more just cause they know people will think OH Its so much better!!

The boys eat any thing, dairy food even and they LOVE it!!
but normally we get them just Fresh and fruity or yoplait normal yoghurt, they like all flavours.

Or Linda, you could make your own at home? You can buy the Easiyo or hansells and do it - that's easy and I think less additives?

The "baby" packaged ones is just marketing (used to work in promotions). I am going to buy the big tubs or the 6 pack when they are on special once Travis is eating yoghurt. Even the Karitane nurse said that normal "adult" yoghurt is fine and not to buy the baby stuff as it is expensive

Arianne has so far only had baby yoghurt, she seems to love it so the next lot I will get will be adult ones and if she doesn't like it I will gladly eat it hehe.
