Just wondering if any of your children have had a Tymp test done to test for fluid in their middle ear? If so, were they upset by it and did it cause them any discomfort?

Yeah Spencer had it done a couple of times, he barely even noticed, it's much the same as when they use the ear thermometers they just hold it in there for a little while longer, the hardest bit was trying to stop him grabbing it.

Sam has had it done a few times as well. She never noticed it being done so it definitely can't hurt

My second DD has had it done HEAPS of times too - never really noticed it either. Good luck!!!

Bailey had one done today and he had no problem at all, even let the lady do it twice as she didn't think the first reading was acurate
