I'm slack - I only do it when I read posts like these.

I was fine last pregnancy but the other day the baby was right on my bladder and I picked DD up and the pressure caused a wee leak.

Well there is always the sudden leak that accompanies a sneeze.....

I'm sodding slack at doing them...I have used those exercise balls a few times after miss m though, sometimes remember to do kegels...that's about it....

I did mine with dd every day on the way to/from work ( on the bus) and then every day after and have had no problems at all.
Have been a bit slacker this time

As for horror stories a friend of mine didn't do any either time she was pregnant. She had big troubles after the birth ( uncontrollable weeing ) and whilst she was pregnant with her second would regularly lose control of her bladder . Has to use incontinence pads all the time and may need surgery to correct it

I tried to do them every time I go to the toilet, ie go for a wee then do execises after while still sitting there-thought it would be a good way to remember..but I still forget sometimes!

Stick a post-it to the back of the bathroom door! You're bound to read it if it's one of those really bright colours and right in front of you

Mum reminded me to do these a couple of months ago. But I've been really slack with it too. I had the same idea as Nat - everytime I went to the toilet, but forgot all about that after day 1.

I've had a bit of leakage when having a violent sneeze too, so really should do it. May steal your idea Jelly and put some post-its up in the toilet and bathroom as a reminder
