I bought a soaker off TM ages ago and haven't used it coz I don't know how to lanolise it! I've got some lanolin nipple cream that I'm not using anymore, can I somehow use that to lanolise them? Also can I lanolise some woolen blankets I've been using as nappy change mats??

Yes you can use your nipple cream, as long as it's pure lanolin. Simple put a pea-size blob into a cup & add some boiling water & a squirt of liquid wool. Mix until the lanolin has disolved & the water has turned a milky colour. Using a large bowl or your kitchen sink, fill with luke-warm water & add the cup of lanolin mixture. Turn your soaker inside out and put it in the water to soak for a couple of hours or overnight. Then simply drain the water, squeeze your soaker by hand to remove excess water and then lay flat on a towel to dry
