I'm 5"7 and was a fit size 8 before I got pregnant with Jake. I'd been doing pilates which meant awesome core muscles. I didn't really show til close to 6 months and even when I was ready to pop him out I didn't look pregnant from behind.
I'd say it has alot more to do with the state of your muscles, how your baby sits and what, if any, weight you already have and then put on during pregnancy

Im only 5 foot and still gained quite a bit with my pregnancies (didnt help having a 9lber) I think being short made me look like I have a giant sized belly, all in proportion. Taller people usually have more space for the bely to spread - me I just went straight out .

I'm 5'6 and quite chubby so when pregnant with Sam I didn't show until 6 months onwards.
This time, I'm a little bit smaller than last time and I am not showing at all. I think I can probably get away with not looking pregnant for a few more months.
I thought the shorter you were, the more you showed? I could be wrong, and I think it probably has to do with your body shape too.

I'm 5'1 (or 154cm) and I showed really early....but I am having twins. I think short people or slim people (but not necessarily ones with fantastic abs) may show sooner as there is less space for the baby to grow

I am 163cm, and naturally very slim, I weigh about 50kg normally.
When I got pregnant, I ate really healthily but still managed to put on 30kg! I showed at about 10 weeks.
The weight was all gone within 3 months, without me making an effort to get rid of it though!

i'm about 5'7 and have heard that tall people usually show less as have more room or something,
in saying that my sister-in-law who is due to give birth...umm in about 2 hours is a bit shorter and even tonight she looked like she had a basketball stuffed under her shirt! so i dunno what the hard and fast rule is

Im 165cm and so far I've put on 9kg.
I read somewhere that 13 - 15kg is the average weight gain during pregnancy which once you minus your bubs weight and waters etc isnt too bad really

I'm 173, first pregnancy I started at 74kg & got to 80kg but not before I'd lost a heap of weight because of morning sickness. 2nd pregnacy I was 70kg & got to 77kg.
People didn't really know I was pregnant until easily 6 months

I'm 5'2 and I put on 20 kgs ( went from 56kg to 76kg) ..my boy was (9lb) 4.08kg and I went back down to 65kg after birth and now sit around 58ish and he's 2 years old. Breastfed for 2 years which seemed to help with slowly losing the weight, haven't made any special efforts to exercise - don't have the time

Oxy I'm only 5 ft and here's a pic of me at full term with my son.

If I got any bigger I probably would have fallen over everytime I stood I started showing very early too and people noticed my preg by 7 wks.
I think how much you show has a lot to do with the size of your torso, I have a small and short torso so there is nowhere for the baby to grow except outwards.
I didn't weigh myself this time but with my daughter I only gained 10kg and I lost 8kg in the delivery room. So I didn't put on much but I looked massive from the front/side (never from the back tho).
