Alex has had a temp since Sat morning spiking at 38.7 that night so anyway we went to doc and he has an ear infection but pamol ain't helping his temp it's still high all the time should I be worried or is it just ear and do I keep him dosed up until antibio's kick in?

Do you have fenpaed? When Daniel has a high temp we alternate between fenpaed and pamol and it works to bring their temps down.. its what hospitals do.

You could also try Nurofen for children(we use this for Caden now), the chemist told me that its more effective in bringing temps down and you can stagger it with pamol.
