 Topic: Music classes in Wellington?

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a music and movement-type class in Wellington? My daughter is 8 months old, and she really loves music.
We live in Hataitai, is there anywhere out Wellington south/east way? Thanks in advance!

there is one in haitaitai that a friend goes to on Friday mornings but I have taken Fay to one in Island Bay I think it's the baptist church (I get a bit confused with all the churches and playgroup type thigs we go to in Ilsand Bay) since she was about 5 months old and we still go. I think for Clara's age group the class is at 1 ish, i can check for you on Friday when we go.

Thanks Redbedrock, that would be great.
I didn't realise there was one on in Hataitai, it's probably at the community centre so I'll see if there's anything on the board about it when I go to Plunket there next week.

Hey Anna
The island bay group is at the Presbytarian church in island bay and for clara it would be at 1 for half hour on Fridays. ann who takes the classes is lovely and you just turn up, don't need to book or anything. It's $6 a week or I think it's $4 if you are a PC member and then there is a ten trip ticket

We have been to that class too, and also enjoy baby rock and rhyme which is free and at the library in Island Bay on Wed at 9:30 am, and Kilbirnie library at 10:15 on Frihttp://www.wcl.govt.nz/kids/services.html
