Contented Little Baby

So we have the book and want to follow the programme.

However I was wondering if anyone had typed out or made like a single page "schedule" which could be attached to the door of the babies room so EVERYONE knows what the schedule is....

I know that there are a number of schedules and hope that someone has already done this before I start.
