are you talking about leg cramps? they're quite common during preg, i had them a few times with Paris and then realllly bad with ayja - would wake up in the middle of the night as one struck and would have to massage it out until it was over. Man it hurt like heck.
Hope it gets better soon for you

The best way I have found to get rid of the leg cramps quickly is to straighten your leg and pull your toes up towards your knees IYGWIM
Hope it all gets better for you soon!!

I get really sore legs if i am overtired. Usually I feel fine then 5 minutes later my legs are aching and i know its bed time! Once I have had a good nights sleep then i am fine.. now to get that good nights sleep...
I have NO idea what causes it but I feel for ya chicky... it is not a nice feeling...

Oh, I SO know about the sore legs, not cramps, just like achy muscles/bones? Like the blood isn't circulating in them or something aye?
Anyway, I have had this since forever and it magically went away during pregnancy, bliss, but have come back now.
I thought it was something everyone got when tired. But as it turns out my dad got it later in life and panicked, saw a dr and is now on B12 injections for it. When we found out my sister and I were like "but that's normal!" but no, for us anyway it is a B12 thing. My sister got some disolvable tablets that she takes and her legs get better in about 30-60mins. I haven't tried anything yet but I figured I didn't get sore legs during pregnancy because I was taking a preg multivit which had B12 in it.
Check with your mw if you can take a B12 supplement.
A good night's sleep often helps me too, not easy to get to sleep with that tedious feeling though aye.

Magnesium is for leg cramps.
I so know what you are talking about and only get it when pregnant. Its a sore achy feeling that you can't relieve. It does my head it and it takes ages to fall asleep once it hits. The B12 thing is interesting - may have to look into that.
I got wicked leg cramps last preg and took magnesium for them but it did nothing for the sore restless leg thing but may for you.

twitchy/crampy legs are often a sign of iron deficiency - so it's a good thing you are on suppliments - as your iron stores improve hopefully your legs will feel better

Yeah i know but there not crampy or twitchy so that theory went out the door
started magnesium and it can also be used for stress and pms ..........for those that wanted to know..........i must say that i was surprised i actually didnt think it would work at all.......i can still feel the pain but i can actually sleep with it so bonus............ill have to see how i feel when i take the full bottle happy happy......
man if this how you feel with deep viens i feel for all the ones with raised veins..........my dad has them and i asked if his hurt he of course said no being the male he is but he rubs his legs all the time...so wat ever trevor.....MW said i have to bring it up with specialist though just in case
