Hi Guys a quick run down on my history... Been TTC for 15 months and on my second cycle of clomid for annovulation. During my many blood tests it was found that I have low progesterone (?due to annovulation). I'm currently on cd 22, had my day 21 progesterone test today (oops got my days mixed up).

I've been cramping with a sore lower back for about 10 days ish. I thought that the cramps to begin with were ov or implantation but they've been ghoing on too long now. Breasts slightly tingly but not sore and (WARNING TMI) lots of thick lotion like cm... this morning my cramps are sharper, not needing panadol and not constant (though the lower back pain is), I've tested for UTI which was neg....

My first mistake was to google it and now im freaking out that something is wrong....

Anyone had this before? And what was the outcome?

Hey ya Mindy,

I get cramps in my TWW, I'm guessing they are just leftovers from my ovaries getting so hyped up when I ovulate lol.

I also get sore/tender nips which I NEVER get unless I O, I wondered what was wrong with me the first time I got that.
The creamy CM and lots of it sounds like a roll on effect from high progesterone levels... sounds like you've O'd to me. Hopefully your day 21's come back confirming it for you.
And it doesn't matter too much having them on day 22... I have before and you can still definately tell you O'd (if you infact did).

The first time I O'd ever, it was a suspected UTI/kidney infection as I was in so much pain and the pain last for days after it.
Got tested and it definately wasn't.

Ok, will stop rambling now

Good luck!

ETA: BTW I'm on Clomid too if that helps

Wishin, thanks
I've learnt a very valuable lesson on NOT googling symptoms! I truely hope that I have O, I guess I'll find out in the next day or two.... Hope we got our BDing in the right days. My specialist only wanted me on two cycles of clomid and said something about injectibles next round. I phased out a little 'cos I'm not a fan of needles

Guess we will cross that bridge once we get to it...

Hey Mindy,

As you know I have been on clomid for 4 cycles and each time I got really bad cramps and bloatedness leading up to ovulation time.

This month I got it so bad i was in quite a bit of pain so went to Fertility Associates for a scan. Nothing came up but I seem to be quite sensitive to clomid.

I will not miss those cramps but I will need to get back onto clomid when we start IUI...unfortunately but gotta do what we gotta do I suppose.

When are you able to test?

Waste of time testing, day 21 bloods came back and progesterone <0.32. What the hell!!!!! How can my levels on clomid be LESS than my natural level! I give up! I cant take this every month! The side effects have been incredible! I have had cramps that have been absolutely wicked! Headaches, moodiness. This stupid stitch feeling in my side is def still there! Its been 15 months already!

Hey Mindy, that really sucks...hopefully things will get better for you. Maybe it takes time for body to adjust or something?
Big hugs
