Topic: Whos overdue? Posted: 30 January 2009 at 6:13pm |
Seeing there are so many different threads, just wondering who else is overdue and ready to kill the next person that comes within 3 meters of us?

Not me - but all three of mine were 10 days overdue and the last born this time of year, 14 years ago - so I know how you feel - hot, tired and grumpy!
Hopefully in a wee while this will all be behind you and a distant memory. You'll have a yummy wee hot water bottle to cuddle instead.

Arghh going over due sucks! I was 14 days over due by the time Caden actually arrived!
I went insane, lol and got SOOOO sick of people that were due AFTER me going into labour BEFORE me, i was ready to kill lol, i also got sick of people telling me I hadnt dropped, and I felt like telling not so polietly to "F off" lol.
Oh and another one I LOVED was, "Oh you still pregnant!?" its like "hmmm oh shoot I AM still pregnant I DID NOT know that!!!!!!"
**sigh**
Labour Vibes to all that are overdue!!!!

LOL. LG, i've got me ADU appointment on Monday and they are talking about inducing some time before Friday. My MW was hoping for about Wed but she said the staff at the hospital catch her out for squishing people in early lol. She's not worried about induction. She said I probably haven't gone into labor simply because bubs just isn't in the right spot. Trying the accupunture on Monday first to see if that works.
Still sitting here in my jim jams cause I had to wash the only pair of pants that fit. I'm hearing you on the jandals Emz. My feet look like something out of the goonies.

Good luck to all of you! I was 15 days over but fortunately it was the middle of winter. The only "fun" thing I could do was enjoy people's reactions when they asked me when I was due, and my response was "2 weeks ago" .

I've popped out again. I think she is trying to escape out my belly button which will explain why she has not arrived via the conventional exit.

Haha, people keep saying to me 'but aren't you scared you'll go into labour' when im in town or whereever, little do they know i would welcome it. Bring on labour in the supermarket or anything!!
Dana maybe you need to have a talk to your girl about her exit strategy

I don't care where she comes out of, as long as she comes out!!
I agree, I don't really care where I am when it starts. I'm sure i'll be able to make my way home some how or another.
I just got back from the supermarket. Never doing that again. It was awful. I could barely make my way down the aisle let alone get the bags in the car boot lol. Oh, and I nearly killed a pedestrian. What do you expect when you're standing in the middle of a car park? So what if I didn't indicate? I'm pregnant. I don't have to.

LOL - the last few weeks I couldn't get the groceries out of the trolley cos I couldn't lean over thanks to bump.
And yep, I was often going out, daring my waters to break in public.!

LMAO - Check out what the horoscopes say for our little girl....
Take the plunge. There really is no other way to test the water.

Haha, I wore light grey pants everywhere and took no towels, hoping it would invite a nice public water breaking scene. Sigh, it did not.
When I was about 1 week over I bought some bungy cord from Bunnings and the girl at the counter asked if they were to strap me to the roof of the car. WTF???? She got the biggest longest glare I have ever given in my life.
Lol at not indicating Danaj, I used to get annoyed at people not being a bit more conciderate when I was driving like a hormone filled roasting maniac, when you are that pregnant you should be allowed to do anything and abuse anyone.
I hope you have read that horoscope out slowly and loudly to your little girl!
