If the line on the left is the test line, it looks positive to me!!!!

The bottom line is the control line isn't it? If so, then I would so no as the test line is lighter and needs to be either the same colour or darker. But it is getting there so hopefully you should get a + in the next day or 2!

Is the control line the one nearest or furthest away from the dipping end (i thought furthest away).

If it is the furthest away then i would say the test line is darker than the control so positive.
