2 month old and bath time

Hello everyone,,
My baby loves the bath and kicks away with great pleasure when he is in the water. however following the bath (or shower) he cries and cries and cries like in his in great pain. His stomach goes all hard and he is nearly inconsolable for a good 30 minutes.
Tonight I put him on the boob and he calmed and drank and was fine...

Is he expressing his displeasure at being taken out of the bath or could he be having some bad tummy ache somehow linked to the water???
I'm not too worried about it https://19216801.onl/ https://routerlogin.uno/, just rather surprised that one so young can already be telling me rather loudly that he wants to stay in the bath!!!

I think he is rather a big time water baby!
