Hello everyone,,
I started taking prenatal vitamins this week(!!!) and I'm going to start trying to conceive in January. I've been preparing for this for a while. I've lost some weight, quit smoking, curbed alcohol use, gotten finances in order... It feels like all moving towards a huge thing. Ladies who have kids, or are pregnant, did you make any big preparations, or did you just dive right in? I'd love to know https://speedtest.vet/ https://vidmate.bid/ https://wordtopdf.ltd/!

I was able to get pregnant a few months after I quit smoking.

You're doing the right thing. When I decided to have a baby, I had to give up almost everything that was my routine. I stopped drinking alcohol, stopped smoking, and stopped using marijuana. After six months of actively trying, it was only after giving up bad habits that I could get pregnant after six months of actively trying. If a woman consciously wants a child, it is necessary to give up from adolescence the things that can harm future pregnancy and the health of both you and the baby. I was not sure that my pregnancy would go without problems, and I always consulted and looked for support from https://theaustindoula.com, and it was a real lifesaver.
