I'm so sick with chesty cough, sore throat and blocked nose. Anyone know if Kurols are safe? Google doesn't give me a definitive answer

Hi renee,

probably a bit late on the reply, but if you ask at your local pharmacy they have a database they can look up the active ingredients and tell you if it's safe or not :) Or best to ask your MW or gp. Hope you're feeling better!
