What happend to Titralac???

For those who don't know what this sweet little pill is, it is heartburn relief from the gods! But now it is non-existent, right when I need it most! Gaviscon, quik-eez, Mylanta all pale in comparison to this little pill of awesomeness and I'm gutted.
My heartburn is ALREADY at an all time high and there isn't even a similar replacement, or is there? Anyone who has had extreme heartburn and has tried other things similar to Titralac, could you please advise on what you've tried? That would be amazing.
