Most people I've talked to say Huggies are better. More absorbant and that they fit better. Ont he Tv show TARGET more mums said they preferred Huggies too so maybe try them first? I like Huggies but find them quite expensive so just use them at nights and we use treasures giggles (which are about $5 a pack cheaper) during the day.

Huggies just seem to be more squishier and fit Issy better.

I'm not a sposies user but some of my friends swear by the cheaper brands of nappies like home brand and pams. And you can get other brands of nappies in bulk for cheaper than in the supermarket

I cant stand Treasures - though in saying that I havent tried them for quite a while and apparently they have a new and improved design.
Huggies are good, but can be quite pricey if you dont get them on a good special.
My Favourite nappy is the basic HomeBrand Nappy from woolworths, never had a problem with leaking and the price is really good.
Signature Range, Select Brand from Wollies is also a really good one.

I use cloth now but when I did use sposies I didn't really find a big difference between those 2 brands, the huggies just looked nicer. We just bought whatever was on special.
I did try the pams brand once and Jody got nasty nappy rash from them.

I use homebrand during the day and either huggies or treasures at night depending on whats on special, but if you are buying nappies for newborn i wouldnt suggest using the cheaper brands until bub is on solids as they leak.

I am using Huggies.
I have tired Signature Range, they do the job aswell, but Treasures Arianne swam in them and they were the newborn size, so I wont be getting those again.
Huggies are secure and just the right size I have no worries about leaking.

I hate Treasures - I think Daniel is too skinny for them - someone said they work better with kids with thighs.
Huggies are OK, though he's wetting through them at night. My favs are Nanny's Nappies (from wholesale nappy company) - much cheaper than Huggies and much better absorbancy etc.

I hate treasures aswell, they always leaked when Caden worse them cos he is a skinny wee thing! Huggies have never failed us.
But we are about to go full time into cloth nappies.

I'm not a fan of either Huggies or Treasures for my own reasons.
I prefer buying in bulk at Nappies for Less. They are Dry Ups.
Dry UPs
The good thing about them too is you can buy mixed sizes...

I have to admit that to start with, Huggies were the way to go, they just seem to fit better with less leaks. I love my cloth nappies but I didn't start using them until after the 4week mark as I was just too tired to cope with another job. These days my partner prefers Huggies but I love Treasures Ultra, they fit well, and don't leave nasty imprints where the nappy sits. The Treasures didnt fit very well until my girl got a bit bigger, about 3months, and Giggles are only good during the day as you have to change them often.
But most of the time I just buy what is on special, if it's a good brand for cheap get enough for a fortnight!!

Maddi was the chubbies wee buba whith giant thighs and we still had major problems leaking
We used Huggies for the first few months as the home brand nappies didnt start untill 5kg. (And because I was collecting barcodes )

We had baby in Huggies NB until they were too small. I often found they leaked some sort of gel onto her skin.. small round beads of gel from inside the nappy.
So now Ashlyn is in cloth during the day, if we are at home, and we buy whatever is on special for when we are out and for night time, which has lately been Treasures. Haven't had any problems so far, have also tried Pams and didn't mind them either.

Have never had a problem with Treasures or Giggles and we support them as they are made in NZ but with the twins coming we've had to economise quite a bit more so will be looking at internet bulk deals am waiting till I finish work to do some more investigating

Tushies- The only ones that dont contain chemical gel absorbers. (already been removed from womens sanitary products)
