I used, maca, evening primrose oil & blackmores conceive well gold & DH took fish oil. We got prego the first proper month of trying, not sure if they helped or not but will be using the same supplements for round2!

I just used the pills, we do use maca powder now as well just for health and put it in smoothies :)
