Anyone pregnant after Tubal? Showing signs?

Is there anyone out there who has experienced a pregnancy after tubal ligation, or is showing signs?

Hello, I am a mother of 3. I had my tubes done 16 years ago and now am showing numerous signs of pregnancy; tender breasts, darken areola, Montgomery tubercles prominent, food aversion, spasms/fluttering in abdm.(which I know are not baby, but uterus possibly stretching. Lmp 10 Dec 2014, Ovulation 24 Dec, (possible) Implant bleeding 2 Jan for 2.5 days, mild cramping that radiated throughout not to one side and not extreme, next cycle due 7 Jan. I know ectopic pregnancy is a risk therefore have many concerns. Sure could use some supportive advice and feedback.
