I bought some cheap cloth pants off TM that were made in Asia somewhere - they were cotton outer with a flannel-type layer through the middle. Not exactly waterproof but saved a huge mess - definitely better than undies on their own but still able to let the little ones feel themselves wet (iykwim). They were about $5 each and Leo still wears them as undies as they're a fuller cut than regular undies & he likes them
Brightbots are pretty good. Although Xavy just isnt into going to the toilet at the moment so we have a lot of accidents. The usually contain well but taking them off when he has done a poo is really gross.
i made some pocket naps and without the inner padding they are fab for training pants. they do leak a bit but they are velcro sides so easy to undo & fab for swimming pants too
I found the bright bots great. They did leak through to her trousers if she had an accident in them but we didn't end up with puddles on the floor which was the main thing we wanted to avoid.
thanks guys. Brought one of the bright bots, so am giving to give it a go. I figured I might get her to wear knickers sometimes at home as they do look easier to take off and then later on she can wear training pants out of the house.
