Hi everyone, just wondering who is using the sperm meets egg plan and how is it different to what you were doing previously? Anyone had any success?

i am about to start rying it while waiting for apt with specialist. Just waiting for OPKs to arrive. Normally we BD every 2 days from day 8 to day 20ish

oh ok so not much different then ay? i'm going to start this cycle and try preseed @ ov time also, hopefully increase chances on what we have been trying previously

I use fertility friend to track ovulation etc and usually track my CM if i remember im not doing temps though you can get the pre seed from baby4you.co.nz im not sure where else.

I am around ovulation at the moment got my opks in the mail yesterday and got a positive straigh up so the BD marathon has started hahaha.

Yay Kumeroa, fx this is your cycle for a BFP

I just googled preseed and the site for it has a list of stockists

Gunna get sum vitex tomorrow and try that also and raspberry leaf tea is supposed to help with uterus lining or something so I've started drinking that and going back to OPKs, i had stopped cos i was feeling overwhelmed but as you can probably tell I am now willing to try anything and everything.... see if we can make this happen before we hit the 1 year of trying and will officially be classed as having "fertility issues"

DS1 was a 'sperm meets egg' baby.  He was conceived the first month we tried SME and 3 months after I had a miscarriage with my first pregnancy.  We also used pre-seed Tongue.
