Hey ladies, I was just wondering if anyone had recently ordered anything from this outfit? I had heard some bad things a while ago.. just wondering if they've got their stuff together?

I ordered from them about 2 months ago, had email confirming good had been sent within 2 days of ordering, but when courier had not turned up a fews days later, sent email but had no response. Luckily goods turned up the next day.

good prices , but postage takes absolute ages. It shouldn't take 5 working days to process an order and it shouldn't take almost two and a half weeks to post. Not impressed overall - also I've ordered things , paid for them etc and then get the 'we don't have that in stock , we don't have that in stock' email..
I think its good if you don't mind waiting forever for it to turn up but I think , for me at least , saving a couple of dollars is not worth the mile long wait for stuff to arrive. I've ordered from the UK at the same time as I've ordered from them and the UK stuff turns up heaps faster.

Ladies, Stay clear of that website!!!
I have ordered some goods in June because they had really attractive sales. However, I only received part of my order. When I emailed them to tell them it fell on deaf ears!
It is now the end of October and I am still waiting to either get the items I ordered and PAID or get a refund. They don't reply to e-mails and have very poor organisation and customer service skills.

I have also had a bad experience, in my advice, don't go there when you can buy the same things from other websites who care about their customer service for the same price.
