hi i am looking for anyone one that knows a website for my eldest son who is year 2 at school to help practise maths writing and some other activities as he has missed a bit of school this year so far and would like to help him at home so he doesnt fall behind.Any ideas would be great thank u

DD's teacher (yr1) rates Xtramath. You can select different levels for different abilities. Not sure about writing sorry

kidzone have a programme that caters 4 most ages and has maths options on it. you can get books to help with the level they are at from the warehouse or bookshops - some have cds with them

Or you could try mathletics which is a NZ site designed around our curriculum. It costs to join for the year but is used in many schools around the country and offers a quality product.
