Hi Kazzle,
I think it's perfectly understandable that you are anxious about bubs. You've probably been through more than most of us can understand.
Do you have any hobbies or things you like to do that could take your mind of things? You've passed the dreaded 6 week mark so this is a good thing!!!!!! What about rescue remedy?

BIG HUGS honey I can only imagine how tense this all is for you - I wish I wasn't so far away so I could take you out for lunch or shopping to distract you. I am sure this one is sticky hun, you WILL make it !!

kazzle... i just want to say my thoughts are with you... i will just cross my fingers and toes for you and the sticky baby vibes. I was having the same thoughts once i got pregnant again (no way near what you have been through) but i lived off rescue remedy and found that it helped ease my thoughts racing around.

kazzle, it will be hard for a while there..
but you have to get it in your head too that you are doing the best you can and all you can do. and unfortunately the rest is out of your hands.
once you get to 12 weeks it will get a bit easier... journal your feelings, once they are on paper it will help take some of the anxiety away (the magic of the pen) and if superman is there he can just spin the world backwards for you if it gets too hard!!!

Kaz, I heard that once you have seen a heartbeat the actual chance of miscarrying is very low (like 2%) compared to 25% of all pregnancies ending in miscarriage. Now please dont dwell on the 2%
You have had your run of bad luck, you have found the problem and are fixing it so in reality it all should go well. Please try to sit back and enjoy it a little, after all as Bizzy said, there is nothing more you can do.
So much easier said than done huh? So big hugs.

Hi Kaz - sorry I don't know your background - but I can thoroughly recommend the Rescue Remedy to help soothe your thoughts - I keep it in my handbag all the time. There is another product you may not be aware of called Rescue Remedy Sleep - this one stops your mind racing before bed and helps you get a proper sleep.

Hi Kazzle,
I to haven't had much ms during this pregnancy...just the yukky taste in my mouth and also feeling sick sometimes. I stressed about this quite alot in the early days..but have had 4 scans now and feel more assured.
My ms was definately much worse when I carried all 3 off my girls....so this time.....hmmm, maybe in store for something else hehe....and maybe you could be too :)

Thinking of you Kazzle.
Rescue remedy is awesome but my specialist when I was having an endo op told me not to use it as it can thin the blood. She is the only person I have ever heard that from but I wonder if you should just double check if you were going to try it. I know you are on some kind of medication so just in case.
It is so hard once your mind starts wandering. Do you read much? Anything to keep your mind on something else.

i reaslised today that part of the reason im feeling so stressed is that everyone is treating me with kid gloves......."r u resting enough"....."oh dont do that i will do it for you"...."go and sit down, i think you need to"...im pregnant not dying...lol
so today i have washed the car...lol and am playing with Rhiannon and i feel less stressed i know when i need to rest.
and yes washing the car tired me more, but i feel better for it
only 3 days till my next scan.

Even though you aren't getting ms, vivid dreams are another way of those preggy hormones attacking! So remember they are a great symptom of a healthy pregnancy

kazzle no you are not dying or an invalid - but you need to give yourself and others permission to look after you, if only for a few short weeks. theres nothing wrong with just taking it easy and letting others do things for a bit... after all there will be no rest once you have baby!

I agree with Bizzy aswell Kaz, there is nothing wrong with accepting some help yep your not dying or sick, but being pregnant is hard work at the best of times and every bit of help offered to you can make a big difference, even if its just someone making you a cuppa rather than making it yourself!
I also agree with writing your feelings down, I did this when I went through a very hard time in my life a few years back, I had councelling and was told to make a diary of my feelings, so every night I would write all my feelings in my book, happy ones, sad ones angry ones. and it helped SOOO much.
Things will get so much easier after the 12 week mark, I know how hard it is getting to that point when you have had a m/c, so It must be 10 X worse for you
Bigs hugs Hun!
