Hey guys,
Sorry if I seem a little naive about this
Was just wondering if I should still be exercising like normal (Usually bike to and from work every day (5km away) and run 7km around 3-4 days a week and also various activities on the weekend) during the tww and early pregnancy.
Biking would be fine I imagine but the run does put my body under a little bit of stress (not much but still) and I don't want to dislodge the little fulla if there is one up there.... (as in stress my body enough to cause a miscarriage)
Any thoughts on this or has anyone had recommendations from doctors to tone it down a bit?
