So, I'm due for another set of maternity clothes for #4 but for the last two I needed SAHM clothes; this time I need secretary clothes! So, post a pic of your favourite maternity clothes and/or try to describe them - so I can glean awesome ideas off you all!!

I have just recently bought a fantastic pair of maternity work pants from Egg, a couple of great long maternity lycra work tops from Baby Factory and a baby band from TradeMe.

I love the pants - the preggy band on them goes all the way up to just below my breasts (and keeps me super warm and comfy) and the stretchy lycra tops look great over top of the pants. Teamed with any of my existing suit jackets and its good enough for corporate wear.

Help this helps.

I loved my black pants I got from K mart they were good enough for when I was working and oh so comfy.

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

KMart have a good selection of simple maternity tops. I had a couple of their singlets and have one of their BF tops now too.

Go to glassons - and jayjays - they have alot of singlety type tops that will cover over your bump and would look ok under your businessy type clothes.   Basic skirts etc from glassons and stuff in the next size up can be just as good if not better than maternity clothes.

I second the Egg pants.  If you look on their website they are the basic pant. The waist band is HUGE and comfy.  At the moment I fold it in half but when they bump is bigger I will pull it over it.  You could make them really easily if you have some sewing skills.  and I found out yesterday that you can put them on back to front and not notice

Egg pants are great and I also just bought a cheapy black dress at Glassons, with a tie that does up under your boobs- looks fab with a singlet underneath, tights and boots. Cheap to at around $50!! I think it would last until I am about 30 weeks!

T-shirt type material, so super comfy but also really flattering.

Black pants, long line singlets and long cardi's would work well. Comfe and presentable. Team with some jewellery, a nice bag and some nice shoes and you're good to go. I lived in long-line singlets from glassons when preggie with Elle.

Have a look at Mobea - they have some really good basics, and you only need a couple of things. Also, Mama2b have some good basics and they have quite a bit on sale for good prices.

I love the stuff from Mobea and they have a package deal too, check out their site.

I wore a lot of stretchy tops from glassons and ezibuy and I bought some maternity pants from kmart and a skirt from pumpkin patch.  Don't forget it's also a great excuse to buy new shoes (I know any excse is a great excuse for shoes but you should really get a nice pair of kitten heels or flats).

My wide leg pants from Egg are fantastic. $100.00 but they're are really lovely and so comfy. Almost like wearing track pants.

I recently heard about this business. Blooming Beautiful will take the hassle out of selling your preloved maternity wear. It is so easy, all you need to do is bring your maternity wear into the shop in a clean and ironed condition. You will receive 50% commission on all stock sold. Any stock unsold can either be collected or donated to Women’s Refuge. For more info visit www.bloomingbeautiful.co.nz
