the morning sleep ...well Miss has been up since around 9am..been to mainly music and plunket..she had a feed when she got home as well as when we were at mainly music,,got home just before 12 noon...went to put her down..would not have a bar of it.gave her another feed tried putting her down for another sleep she slept about 20 minutes and is now happy on her mat playing with some of her toys and watching her baby einsteins dvd. I sure hope she isnt starting to drop her morning sleep.

Possible as all kids are different but she does seem a little young. Perhaps she is overtired? Elle seems to be her happiest when overtired....it can be very deceiving.

Wait and see what tomorrow brings :)

Cooper tries this with me occasionally and I don't give in to him, if he won't go down at the normal time I try between 30-45mins later. Usually it works!

Hopefully it's just for today!

My three big ones all went from two sleeps to one around 12 mths, Maya dropped her day sleep altogether about 18 mths but gremlins are still sleeping 2+ hours in the middle of the day.

Rhyley was the same as the gremlins and dropped his morning sleep round 12 months (he went to daycare and she didn't put him to bed so he dropped it)But on the other flip of the coin she could of just got over tired. after the 20 mins I might of tried leaving her to CIO.
