I personally havent used them (and as an accountant I would be too embarrassed lol)... however when I worked for a finance company I had quite a few instances where they contacted us on behalf of clients and had done all their budgeting and worked out payment plans on their behalf.
So I think they would be extremely helpful.

I've had it in mind to, but never have as I'm too embarrassed. I know that's silly, but I am!! Apparently they are also good at checking that you have all you are entitled to in the way of benefits/supplements too, so I have heard really good stuff from them.
