	I'm just prewashing all my nappies and was wondering - Do I need to prewash the cover as that is the none absorbant side? Are they likely to have chemicals on them that could upset baby? Also how many time should I prewash the nappies? I used a small amount of washing liquid the first time but thought I might wash them once more, this time with no washing liquid as it is just to boast their absorbancy. Thanks.

	Wash the covers once to remove excess chemicals from production, nappies 2-3 times (drying in between) maybe more if they're hemp or bamboo. Wouldn't use washing liquid.
