Do you want it to be a pocket or can it be something else?? As I think a fitted is trimmr. I don't personally know I am just going by what has been said in the past.

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

I don't think you will get a really trim night time nappy. They have to be a bit more bulky to last 12hrs. Some fitteds can be trimmer but then some are bulkier but have wicked absorbency but then you need to remember they need some kind of cover.

What don't you like about the naps you have? Is it just the bulk?

what are you stuffing the pockets with kandice?    i doubt you will be able to get anything that's as trim as in itti bitti

for nights, we use a prefold and a peapod hemp trifold stuffed into a baby harmony nap and it's not too big bummed...lasts 13-14hrs

Probably the smallest we have is a bitti boo with longies but if shes a big wetter you will need a booster as well. Its still bigger than a dlish tho.

If you want something that's really absorbent but cut trim in the legs then DB hemp fitteds are really good! They're side snapping and whilst they have heaps of boosting so are kind of bulky (bubble-butt ) they are not too bulky between the legs because they're cut trim through the middle.

Here's some pics of Leo wearing his large DB fitted, stuffed with an extra bamboo booster to last him 13hrs overnight.

Gorgeous!!
I bought some of the DB pocket fitteds so I can still stuff with the inserts I'd put in K's night pocket. Then I use longies over the top.
I agree with the DB's being rather trim through the crotch.

Thanks Tiff - yes he is very cheeky!

He loves that Autumn DB fitted nappy so much - he'll always pick it first at night and even asks for it during the day, so he obviously doesn't think it's too bulky!

I have taken a totsbots flexitot out of my stock to try on DS - I have tried it on him and it seems trim and fits so well. We are having leaking nappies overnight (again) so I hope these do the trick!

Vic - Leo is GORGEOUS!!

Ooooh, I've read about the Flexitots on a UK board - just had a look on your website - eeek, they're not cheap for a fitted nappy! Can't wait to hear your review.

I am trying it tonight so will let you know The price is the same as all totsbots fitted nappies (except cotton tots) - they have had a price increase recently - first one in 3 years!

Wow, it looks really trim on Dylan - not sure it would fit around Leo's big gut though!! lol

How did it hold up overnight?

Just coming on to post a review

The nappy was a great fit on my 16kg 2.8 year old - the nappy is really stretchy in all directions with a REALLY soft inside
Dylan wore the nappy with a bamboo booster & a hemp booster with a tots wrap and it lasted 12 hours! I was so happy to wake up to a DRY boy (it has been a while!!)

So that is a fitted with a cover?

I have just moved Luke up to a toddler size Huggies to stop leaking at night (we are in cloth during the day) and last night he leaked out of that too (11pm!)  So am starting to wonder whether I need to try a fitted something instead

Those photos just show the fitted without the cover. but yes, it needs a cover over the top.
