I am 29 weeks pregnant and for the past couple of days i feel like i have a constant dull stomach ache low down or cramping (i prefer to call it a stomach ache as it isnt as strong as cramping). it is just slightly annoying - not particularly uncomfortable. I dont have any other symptoms, other than that i am on antibiotics for a cold. Any clues?

Antibiotics give me a really uncomfortable tummy when I'm pg so it could be that. Maybe it's your uterus muscles strengthening or something, just a guess though.

I thought about it being BH but it lasts for hours at a time...
