ok I have started Megan on solids she has been taking about 2 teaspoons which works out to be about 1/3rd of an ice cube.

so far I have only given it to her once a day..at what point would I increase her to 2 a day (as in 2 meals) ...once she eats a full ice cubes worth or should I increase it to 2 ice cubes then once she is eating 2 ice cube at 1 meal then move onto 2 solids a day and follow the same till she is on 3 solids a day?

I thought it was once they were eating a third of a cup for one meal, you then introduce the next meal? Thats what I followed anyway.

Jack had 3 ice cubes per meal (plus the formula to mix so probably about just under 1/2 a cup) before I started the second feed. But to be honest I don't think he needs it atm so am going to drop it for a while, or maybe just give him a little bit as he likes the 'snack' in the morning (throws a tanty if he doesn't get it).
